Justin Cain is the Chief Operations Officer of Alliance Trust Company of Nevada, where he leads firm-wide operations, talent development, and strategic execution in partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team. With more than two decades of experience spanning trust administration, wealth management, and financial services operations, he has a consistent track record of building scalable infrastructure, strengthening client service, and driving organizational performance.
As Chief Operations Officer, Justin oversees all day-to-day activities at Alliance, working closely with department heads and supervisors to translate strategic objectives into operational results. He is also responsible for recruiting, professional development, and employee retention, while also serving as a key architect of the company’s operations strategy and long-term vision.
A Missouri native, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
